This site’s sole purpose is for me to put down in writing – albeit in digital form – passing thoughts and reflections. The name itself “SadSamba” comes from the 1966 album “Tristeza on guitar” composed by the greatest guitar player of all time, Baden Powell. The track “Samba triste” was his first hit in 1959, and made countless versions throughout the years.

On this site I will play the roles of judge (writer), jury (editorial board) and executioner (publisher), free from all editorial constraints. I pledge however to keep the content factual, sourced and journalistically ethical.
